Floretta Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at florettahandmade@outlook.com within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, your order may have already been produced and packed for shipment, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.
Returns and refunds (if applicable)
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons (as jewelry is considered a personal item), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our mistake.
If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us at florettahandmade@outlook.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Late or missed refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account.
